I recently went to visit family in the lower Laurentians and took my Vipoles along with me. On the last day my host’s dog got a hold of and thoroughly chewed up one of the pole’s rubber feet. Finding a replacement on jaynemarchenordique.com was quick and easy, price was reasonable, communication was excellent, great quality product and delivery was timely. I’m so pleased to be able to use my Vipoles again!
