
This 6 week group Nordic Walking class is given by a certified group fitness instructor. The class begins with an explanation & demonstration of the correct technique, followed by a warm-up, specific exercises to practice the technique and a 3-4 km nordic walk interspersed with muscular exercises, stretching & a cool-down.
Specialized nordic walking poles will be provided. Poles are also available for purchase. See instructor. (Jayne)
