Pay as you walk! Drop-in fee for 1 Thursday morning group class from 9-10am on the aerobic corridor in Montfort. We meet in the parking lot across from the Pavillion. 160 Principal, Wentworth-nord. If it your first time nordic walking please make arrangements with the instructor before arriving at your first class. Thank you.
