This group introductory Nordic Walking class begins with an explanation & demonstration of the technique, followed by a warm-up, exercises to practice the technique before heading off on a 2-3 km nordic walk interspersed with muscular exercises, stretching and a cool-down. Specialized nordic walking poles will be provided.
