10 week nordic walking session Thursday mornings 9-10am in Montfort on the beautiful aerobic corridor. We work on balance and technique in each class. Starting September 10th until November 12th, make up class if need be November 19th. If you are new to nordic walking you need to speak to the trainer before the first class please.
